We are now seeking talented indoor and outdoor vendors to showcase their products, food, and beverages during our haunting 7-day run. We had just under 4000 people come through our Haunt in 2024 and we've expanded a lot this year adding 2 more attractions!

Whether you offer unique handcrafted goods, incredible services, spooky trinkets, mouthwatering treats, Halloween-themed beverages, or just something yummy, Dead Whispers Haunt is the perfect setting to showcase your business. Our attraction draws thousands of visitors seeking an unforgettable, hair-raising experience – and your business could be part of it!

  • High Traffic & Exposure: Dead Whispers Haunt attracts thousands of eager attendees every year! Visitors come for the thrills, but they'll be browsing for all kinds of things including Halloween goodies, delicious food, and festive drinks. This is the perfect opportunity to expose your brand to a targeted audience.

  • Supporting a Great Cause: The vendor fee supports the Bill Carroll Foundation for Music Education, so your participation helps fund music education initiatives for young, aspiring musicians.

  • A Unique, Spooky Atmosphere: Picture your booth surrounded by ghoulish attractions, an incredibly fun atmosphere, and a horde of Halloween enthusiasts! Our haunted setting provides a memorable backdrop for any vendor.

  • All 7 Days: The Haunt is open for 7 nights of terrifying fun. Your vendor booth will be set up for all 7 nights, ensuring ample opportunity for sales and networking plus, one of those days, (Sunday October 26th, we offer two Haunt sessions with the 1st being from Noon til 4p that caters to a younger less scary audience with their families).

  • Indoor & Outdoor Options: Whether you're interested in setting up inside the attraction to be at the foot of the main attraction (very limited space, 1st come 1st serve), or outside for a more atmospheric display, we have options to suit your needs.

  • 7 Days of Vendor Access: This fee covers all 7 working days that the Haunt is open, offering you access to the event for the entire run.

  • Prime Location: We'll work with you to place your booth in an area that ensures maximum visibility and customer engagement.

  • Easy Registration: Filling out your registration form is quick and simple! Just follow the instructions, and you’re on your way to joining this haunted extravaganza.​

 

How to Register:

1. Fill Out Our Vendor Registration Form: CLICK HERE to sign up.
2. Select Your Space: Indicate whether you'd like an indoor or outdoor space.
3. Payment: The vendor fee is small and covers the full 7-day event.
4. Vendor Information: Once you’ve completed the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details you need, including setup instructions, parking, and vendor guidelines.
